Quickly find out it we've already addressed your qurey

To check if we cover your area, insert your postcode or address in the website's designated section and then click on "choose time slot". If we currently do not serve the area, a message will appear.
You can place an order on our website or via our BestatLaundry app (available on Android and Apple iOS) in three easy steps:
  • Provide your contact details and address
  • Select the day and your chosen one-hour time slot for collection and delivery
  • Confirm the order by providing your card details
There are a number of ways that you can access your MadinahDryClean account quickly and efficiently. You can log on to our website from any device or download our mobile app so feel free to use whichever method suits your lifestyle.
If you require a VAT receipt, this is no problem at all. Simply get in touch with our customer care team at madinahdryclean@gmail.com and we will send you a receipt by email. You can also use the invoice we send you via email as a receipt.
Yes, we will ensure any of your requirements are adhered to. We are also guided by the manufacturer's care label on all garments, which confirms the best practice to use during the cleaning process. If a care label is missing, you can trust our cleaners with years of experience to treat your items safely.
  • You place an order through the website or MadinahDryClean App
  • Our drivers come to collect your items on the date and time slot you chose
  • You tell the driver the service you require or any special instructions you may have
  • Our dry cleaning experts process the required service
  • Our drivers return the items back on the specified date and time slot
Your items will be taken to the Cleaning Centre closest to your area.
We can only deliver items to a different address when it is in the same area as your collection, as we use local drivers to accommodate collections and deliveries within our one- hour time slots throughout the day.
Our drivers cannot accept cash payments, as all payments have to be processed by card before the delivery takes place.
Payment will be processed prior to your delivery after you have received your invoice by email. Please note, you will receive the invoice within 3 working hours of collection.
